INDIANAPOLIS (April 20, 2015) - Project Lead The Way President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Vince Bertram will serve as the Spring 2015 commencement speaker for Missouri University of Science & Technology (Missouri S&T) during the university’s two-day spring commencement on Friday and Saturday May 15-16, 2015.
Missouri S&T, located in Rolla, Missouri, is internationally known for its engineering, science, and technology programs. Since 2004, the university has provided outstanding support to PLTW schools across the state, and served as a professional development training partner to PLTW teachers across the United States.
Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, has also invited Dr. Bertram to address the 2015 graduates of the Ball State University (BSU) Teachers College on Saturday, May 2. He will speak on the critically important work of teaching in the 21st century, and the graduates’ ability to prepare students with the skills needed to succeed in the global economy. Dr. Bertram is an alumnus of the BSU Teachers College, where he earned bachelor’s, master’s, and Ed.D degrees.
