PLTW Announces CFO and Multiple Promotions
Indianapolis, Ind. – Project Lead The Way (PLTW) today announced the promotion and addition of four key leaders to PLTW’s Executive Leadership Team. The strategic appointments will play a key role in supporting PLTW’s continued efforts to unlock the potential of millions of PreK-12 students and their teachers across the U.S.
Max Altmark has joined the organization as executive vice president and chief financial officer leading the accounting and finance teams. He most recently led the investment operations and fund accounting teams at Strategic Investment Group (SIG). Prior to joining SIG, Max was responsible for investment and accounting operations at Georgetown University and started his career in the audit practice at KPMG. Altmark holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, a Global Executive MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Brian Greiwe has been promoted to executive vice president and chief technology officer leading the support and innovation of technology solutions for PLTW’s internal and external stakeholders. Greiwe previously served as vice president of information technology. Prior to PLTW, he led technology and strategy initiatives with startups and accelerated company innovation, both in the U.S. and internationally. Greiwe holds an MBA from University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
Katie Mote has been promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer supporting daily operations and leading PLTW’s functions in strategic planning, organizational performance management, legal, information security, compliance, and administration. Mote previously served as vice president of partnerships, colleges, and universities. Prior to PLTW, she held a variety of faculty and administrative roles with Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. Mote serves on the Indiana State Board of Education as vice chair and the Sagamore Institute Board of Trustees. Mote holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Bloomington’s Maurer School of Law.
Lisa Seay has been promoted to executive vice president and chief talent officer leading all human resources functions, including internal and external recruitment, career development, employee engagement, and more. Seay most recently served as Director of Total Rewards. Prior to PLTW, she was the HR Partner for Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance. Before that, Lisa led the operations support area of State Auto Insurance Companies. Seay holds a BA in Psychology from Kent State University, senior HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and is currently working on obtaining her Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
