  • Michigan – Within 10 miles of the ArcellorMittal facilities in Southfield or Dearborn
  • Minnesota – Within 10 miles of the ArcellorMittal Minorca Mine in Virginia, MN
  • Ohio – Cuyahoga County or within 10 miles of the ArcelorMittal facilities in Columbus or Warren
  • Pennsylvania – Within 10 miles of the ArcellorMittal facilities in Coatesville, Conshohocken, Monessen, or Steelton
