Path to PLTW

Education and economic development policy advisor

Jonathan Dilley has been advising public and private sector leaders for more than 15 years. Starting in our nation’s capital as a legislative aide to a senior member of the U.S. House of Representatives, he provided counsel on a broad range of legislative issues, including education and economic development. Following that role, Jonathan served as vice president for FaegreBD Consulting, a national government relations advisory and advocacy firm, where he developed and executed strategies to advance clients’ legislative, regulatory, and business interests. At the same time, he also led the Indiana Forum, a group of more than 50 corporate government affairs professionals who do business in Indiana. 

Today, as Chief Talent Officer, Jonathan leads the Talent Experience Team that focuses on all aspects of the PLTW team member experience, from recruitment and retention to benefits and payroll, and all while ensuring alignment of PLTW’s people and business strategies. 

Jonathan is a certified human resource professional, who earned his SHRM-CP credential from the Society for Human Resource Management. He serves on Indiana’s State Robotics Advisory Board as well as the Community Partners Committee of the Carey Ridge Parent Teacher Organization.
