The University of Colorado will also grant credit to students outside of the state of Colorado. We require that all students receive at least an 85 percent average in the course and score 70 or above on the college credit exam. For the students meeting these criteria, The University of Colorado awards semester credits for each of the courses, as follows: POE: 3 credits, IED: 2 credits, DE: 2 credits. The cost of tuition is $200 per course. The course will appear on a transcript as if the course were taken at UCCS. The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs' academic units will directly apply these courses to replace required courses in Computer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
