School of Technology at Kokomo/Lafayette
Purdue University, founded in 1869, is
named after John Purdue, principal benefactor and Lafayette business
leader. With its main campus in West Lafayette, Indiana, and five
campuses and teaching/research sites throughout the state. Purdue
University is composed of 12 Schools, including the School of
Technology. Kokomo is one of 8 locations of the School of Technology
which meets the needs for college-educated technologists and
technicians.
The Kokomo campus offers six associate's and two bachelor's degree
programs
Purdue University through its School of Technology at
Kokomo/Lafayette became a National Affiliate Training Center in 2001.

Housing: Hampton Inn, Kokomo IN, phone 765-455-2900. The price is $79 a night plus taxes
Evening Meals:$100, includes Monday thru Thursday dinners Graduate credit: $796.80 in state, $2,214.15 out of state, plus a $55 application fee. After May 16 for session 2 and June 6 for session 3
Late registration Fee: $2300
Cancellation Fee: $200

College Credit For Summer Training
|
|
College Credit For High School Students
-
Secondary school students in the country may
receive three college credits in
the Department of Industrial Technology at Purdue University for
each eligible PLTW course [IED, POE, CEA,
DE and
CIM]; by completing each course with an average of “B,” by being
enrolled in any PLTW-certified school, by scoring 70 or above on the
college credit exam, and by enrolling in IT, ID, or Technology
Education programs.
