The purpose of the Annual Calendar is to provide an easy reference to specific tasks that schools in the PLTW network and PLTW need to do together in a timely manner to best support teachers and students in the program.Please share with other key people in your school.

| School Counselor conferences are available at different times in various locations throughout the country and are posted on the PLTW website. | Send a minimum of one School Counselor per participating HS and MS site every 3 years. (It is suggested to have all School Counselors attend the conference at least once.) | School Counselors | Go to PLTW website, select School Counselors, check dates and register for the conference of your choice. |
| May 1 | School District Agreement Submission | New School Districts | Return signed Agreement to PLTW no later than May 1 (No teacher will be permitted to attend STI without an executed School District Agreement on file) |
| May 31 | Online Teacher Assessment | Teachers enrolling in Summer Training Institute (STI) | Go to PLTW website, select Teacher Log-in/ teacher course assessments, complete by May 31 |
| July 15 | PLTW Software Bundle Lease and Fischertechnik Order | School Districts and/or school sites purchasing agents | Send purchase order(s) and Software Lease Agreement to PLTW no later than July 15 |
